Previously held positions at Rohm and Haas, National Starch and Chemical. Dr. Kielbania is the inventor on 21 patents, has published many technical articles and is the Inventor of both the Ygiene & Ogiene technology platforms.

Thomas Cunningham, CPA, Chief Financial Advisor

20+ years of substantial experience managing both turnaround and high-growth situations.
Extensive experience in SEC reporting, cash flow optimization, process improvement for internal controls & corporate governance, organizational change & implementing performance measurement. A high energy leader with strong negotiating skills as a CFO & lead finance in multiple M&A transactions.

Ron Del Mauro, Board Member

Mr. Del Mauro has joined the Board as a Director.

Former CEO of Saint Barnabas Medical Center and its predecessor Barnabas Health for more than 26 years. Barnabas Health is the largest integrated health care delivery system in New Jersey, serving over two million patients a year in 10 facilities.
